By accessing or using Vocal Remover (VocalRemover.in) and its associated audio processing tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Intellectual Property and Permitted Audio Use (बौद्धिक संपदा व ऑडियो उपयोग की अनुमति)
VocalRemover.in provides audio source separation capabilities for lawful creative, educational, and analytical purposes. You agree to adhere to the following intellectual property obligations:
- Ownership and Rights (स्वामित्व व अधिकार): You must either own the copyright to any audio file you upload or possess the explicit license, authorization, or legal fair-use privilege to process the audio.
- Prohibited Content (प्रतिबंधित सामग्री): You may not upload audio containing unlawful material, hate speech, defamatory recordings, or content that infringes upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
- Commercial Use of Separated Stems (व्यावसायिक उपयोग): While VocalRemover.in claims no ownership or licensing stake in the stems generated from your uploads, your right to publicly distribute, sell, or broadcast separated stems (such as instrumentals or acapellas) remains subject to the copyright ownership of the underlying musical composition and master recording.
Acceptable Service Use (स्वीकार्य उपयोग नियम)
To ensure fair availability and system stability for all users, you agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, server quotas, or file size restrictions specified in our vocal remover or stem splitter tools.
- Deploy automated scrapers, bots, or programmatic extraction scripts without prior written consent.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with our audio processing infrastructure.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability (वारंटी अस्वीकरण व दायित्व सीमा)
The service and its separated audio outputs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. VocalRemover.in does not guarantee that separation outputs will be free of acoustic artifacts or that the service will operate without interruptions.
As detailed in our technical explanation in how vocal removal works, audio source separation is governed by source recording physics, dense mix balances, and acoustic room acoustics.
File Retention and Privacy (फ़ाइल रिटेंशन व गोपनीयता)
Files uploaded to the service are governed by our privacy policy and are permanently removed from temporary storage after 24 hours.
